How the ranking works

Volume — sum of all fill notionals in the last 30 days where the caller's app (via app_id) placed the order. Backed by fee_ledger, append-only.
Fills — count of distinct fills routed by any of the builder's apps in 30 days.
Attribution split — every fill sends 20% of the trade fee to the routing builder + 10% to the market creator. See Attribution model.
Tier — trust tier. Auto-graduates trade_capped → trade_full after 30 days of clean traffic + $10k+ attributed volume.

Query params: sort = volume_30d (default) | fills_30d | created_at_ms. tier = optional filter. limit = 1..100 (default 50). Response includes builders with status IN ('verified','genesis','partner') only — never surfaces pending or disabled.
