The case-study pattern

Every study answers the same 6 questions so you can compare apples to apples:

  1. What did the builder ship? — one-line product description
  2. Which tracks did they combine? — Data / App / Agent / Distribution / Market / Liquidity / Oracle / Reviewer / Operator / Institutional
  3. What PAX primitives did they use? — SDK / OAuth / Connect / MCP / Composer / MM / Widgets / FIX
  4. How much attribution volume have they earned? — verified against the Merkle chain
  5. What was the time-to-first-fill? — from application submit to first attributed order
  6. What surprised them? — quote or short paragraph
